Section 61.311 - Rules and Regulations(a) The board shall promulgate standards, rules, and regulations governing the administration of this subchapter.(b) The board may delegate to the commissioner such authority and responsibility conferred on the board by this subchapter as the board deems appropriate for the effective administration of this subchapter.Amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 232, Sec. 6, eff. 9/1/1997.Added by Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1867, ch. 587, Sec. 1, eff. 6/19/1975.
