Section 55.25 - Applicability of Other Law; Conflicts

Chapters 1201, 1202, 1204, and 1371, Government Code, apply to all bonds issued pursuant to this chapter; provided, however, that in the event of any conflict between such laws and this chapter, the provisions of this chapter prevail.
