Section 29.259 - [Renumbered as 12.251 , 12.252 , 12.253 , 12.255 , 12.256 , 12.257 , 12.258 , 12.259 , 12.26012.261 , 12.262 , 12.265] Adult High School Diploma and Industry Certification Charter School Program(h) [sic] Notwithstanding any other law, for purposes of any budget reductions requested by the Legislative Budget Board or the governor, any money received by a nonprofit entity granted a charter under this subchapter or appropriated to the agency for purposes of operating an adult education program under this subchapter is considered to be part of the foundation school program and is not subject to those budget reductions.
