Section 42A.505 - Community Supervision for Stalking Offense; Prohibited Contact With Victim(a) If the court grants community supervision to a defendant convicted of an offense under Section 42.072, Penal Code, the court may require as a condition of community supervision that the defendant not:(1) communicate directly or indirectly with the victim; or(2) go to or near: (A) the residence, place of employment, or business of the victim; or(B) a school, day-care facility, or similar facility where a dependent child of the victim is in attendance.(b) If the court requires the prohibition contained in Subsection (a)(2) as a condition of community supervision, the court shall specifically describe the prohibited locations and the minimum distances, if any, that the defendant must maintain from the locations.Tex.
