Section 134.022 - Aquaculture Facility Protected(a) A person, other than the owner or operator of an aquaculture facility, may not fish on an aquaculture facility without the consent of the owner or operator.(b) A person may not unlawfully, as defined by Section 31.03(b), Penal Code, acquire or otherwise exercise control over cultured species with intent to deprive the owner of the cultured species.Tex.
