Section 122.359 - Civil Penalty(a) A person who violates Section 122.356 is liable to this state for a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $500 for each violation.(b) The attorney general or any district or county attorney may bring an action to recover the civil penalty.(c) A civil penalty collected under this section must be deposited in the hemp transportation account under Section 122.355.Tex.
