Section 13.452 - Device Maintenance Activities A person performs device maintenance activities if the person or the person's employee:
(1) places a commercial weighing or measuring device in service;(2) installs, calibrates, or repairs a commercial weighing or measuring device; or(3) removes an out-of-order tag, stop-sale order, security seal, lock, condemnation notice, or other form of use prohibition placed on a weighing or measuring device by the department.Tex.
