Section 53-10-101 - "Legend Drugs" defined(a) For the purpose of this part, "legend drugs" means any item that federal law prohibits dispensing without a prescription from a licensed doctor, dentist, optometrist or veterinarian.(b) This definition of legend drugs shall not be construed to include blood and blood fractions.Acts 1939, ch. 164, § 1; C.
