Section 49-50-1006 - Branch schools of school for the deaf(a) This state, acting through the state board of education and the commissioner of education, shall establish, maintain, and operate a school in Madison County for the hearing impaired children of west Tennessee.(b) There shall also be a branch school of the school for the deaf located in Davidson County.Added by 2019 Tenn.
