Section 40-31-107 - Central administrator and information agent - Designation - Report(a) The governor is empowered to designate the officer who will serve as central administrator of, and information agent for, the agreement on detainers, pursuant to article VII of § 40-31-101.(b) The officer designated shall make a written report to the speakers of the senate and the house of representatives, and the chairs of the judiciary committee of the senate and the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives, at least once each year. This report shall be made no later than February 1. The report shall advise the speakers and committee chairs on the number of participants in the compact.Amended by 2021 Tenn.
