(a) A person commits an offense who knowingly participates in a riot.(b) A violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor. In any sentence imposed for a violation of this section, the court shall include a mandatory minimum sentence of thirty (30) days of incarceration and an order of restitution for any property damage or loss incurred as a result of the offense.Amended by 2020EX2 Tenn.
