S.D. Codified Laws § 46A-10A-69
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
Any project established pursuant to § 46A-10A-65, shall be given a name by the board. Subsequent project proceedings shall be recorded and indexed in a book kept for that purpose in the auditor's office.
