Section 13-54-4 - County appropriations for agricultural improvement in cooperation with extension department

The board of county commissioners of any county may from time to time appropriate and pay out for the general improvement of agricultural conditions in its county, in cooperation with the Agricultural Extension Department of South Dakota State University, such sums as it may deem proper.
