Section 64.34.110 - [Repealed Effective 1/1/2028] New declaration minimum density

A declaration created after July 23, 2023, and applicable to an area within a city subject to the middle housing requirements in RCW 36.70A.635 may not actively or effectively prohibit the construction, development, or use of additional housing units as required in RCW 36.70A.635.
