Section 48.29.460 - Rating organizations-Members and subscribers-Discrimination(1) Every rating organization operating in this state shall furnish its services without discrimination as between its members and subscribers.(2) This chapter is not intended to and does not govern or affect the membership relation as such between a rating organization and insurers that are its members.Added by 2017 c 103,§ 16, eff. 7/23/2017.
