The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting through the Department of Property and Supplies and its duly authorized bureau or agents, may hereafter enter into any contract with the United States of America or any agency thereof, for the acquisition, acceptance, receipt, warehousing and distribution of surplus property of the United States of America pursuant to the provisions of Act of Congress approved June 30, 1949, c. 288, 63 Stat. 377, known as the "Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949," particularlysection 203(j) and (k) , as amended, and Federal regulations appertaining thereto.
