Section 175 - Advisory Board on Problems of Older Workers (Adm. Code Section 465)(a) The Advisory Board on Problems of Older Workers shall consist of nine members who shall be appointed by the Governor not more than five of such members to be from the same political party. The Secretary of Labor and Industry shall be ex-officio chairman of the board.(b) The terms of the members shall be for four years from the dates of their appointment, or until their successors are appointed and qualified.(c) Five members of the board shall constitute a quorum.(d) Each member of the board shall receive per diem compensation at the rate of thirty-five dollars ($35) per day for the time actually devoted to the business of the board, such compensation not to exceed, in any calendar year, the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) per member. The compensation of the members of the board shall be paid from funds available to the Department of Labor and Industry for operation of its employment programs.1929, April 9, P.L. 177, art.
