Section 1015 - Civil relief

The department may maintain an action in the name of the Commonwealth for an injunction or other process against an owner or operator to restrain or prevent such person from violating the provisions of sections 5(d) , 6(d) or 13 or any order of the department issued undersection 4(b)(2) .
