Section 27403 - Operation of agency(a)Political subdivision.--In addition to the taxing bodies, a political subdivision coexisting with the city or school district may, at the city's option, subject properties within its jurisdiction to treasurer's sale if it pays expenses of the sale of its delinquent properties.(b)Disposition of funds collected.--Money collected as a result of treasurer's sales, rentals of sale property, and the resale of property and the contributions from the taxing bodies shall be placed in a fund for the support of the agency. 1984, Oct. 11, P.L. 876, No. 171, § 403, effective in 60 days.
