Section 12587 - Temporary loans in anticipation of bond issue

The council may by ordinance, without the consent of the electors, authorize temporary loans of money in anticipation of the issuance of bonds or other evidences of indebtedness previously authorized, but all temporary loans shall be payable within three years.
