Section 42.149a - Salary of Director of Legislative Reference Bureau

The annual salary of the Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau shall be determined jointly by the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Minority Leader of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.
