Section 255.3 - Violation of act, penalty

Any person who the Secretary of Labor and Industry determines after a hearing to be in violation of this act shall pay to the Commonwealth a civil penalty in an amount determined by the secretary not exceeding $50 per employe for each week such employe is not paid in accordance with this act.
