(a)Declaration. -- The General Assembly declares that the repeal under subsection (b) is necessary to effectuate this act.(b) Repeal. -- The following provisions of the act of December 19, 1988 (P.L. 1262, No. 156), known as the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act, are repealed: (1) The definition of "major league sports drawing" in section 103.Added by P.L.
