Section 6026.908 - Repeals(a) Absolute.--Section 504(b) through (d) of the act of October 18, 1988 (P.L. 756, No. 108) , known as the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act, are repealed.(b) General.--All other acts and parts of acts are repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with this act and related to environmental remediation.1995, May 19, P.L. 4, No. 2, § 908, effective in 60 days.
