The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Accounts." The Health Endowment Account for Long-Term Hope established in section 303(b) and the Health Venture Investment Account established insection 303(c).
"Board." The Tobacco Settlement Investment Board established in section 304(a) .
