(a) The department shall promulgate rules pertaining to the hearing of appeals.(b) The department shall hear appeals brought by any person regarding the application or interpretation of any rule or regulation promulgated by the department under this act.1972, May 11, P.L. 286, No. 70, § 9, imd. effective.
