Section 1651.11 - Injunctive relief

The department may obtain injunctive relief to enjoin the sale, lease, delivery or installation of industrialized housing upon an affidavit specifying the manner in which the housing does not conform to the requirements of this act or to rules and regulations issued pursuant hereto.
