Section 6154-B - Licenses

A license for the collection of the tax imposed by this subarticle shall be issued in the same manner as is provided for in section 505 of the act of June 5, 1991 (P.L. 9, No. 6) , known as the "Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority Act for Cities of the First Class."
