Section 702 - Eligibility(a) No person shall be eligible to the office of county auditor who, within two years, shall have been treasurer of the county.(b) No person holding the office of county auditor shall at the same time hold any office or employment for the county or for any municipal authority of which the county is a member. A county auditor may not be employed in an administrative position by any school district or any organization or entity that may be audited by the board of auditors. A county auditor may not hold an elected or appointed office or serve as a manager for any municipal corporation in the county.Amended by P.L.
