(a) Summary offense.--Any association violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a summary offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $1,000 and shall forfeit any license issued to the association, and it shall be ineligible for a license renewal for 30 months thereafter. (b) Misdemeanor.--Any person who conducts or assists in the conducting of bingo in violation of the provisions of this act, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Amended by P.L.
