Section 3704 - Local facilities for holding sessions of Statewide courts(a) General ruleThe City and County of Philadelphia and the County of Allegheny shall furnish the personnel of the appellate courts of this Commonwealth with such accommodations and facilities as may be required by order of the governing authority.(b) ExceptionSubsection (a) shall not apply to any county in which the Pennsylvania Judicial Center may be located.1976, July 9, P.L. 586, No. 142, § 2, effective 6/27/1978.
