Section 3509 - Timely casting of ballotTo be valid:
(1) a military-overseas ballot must be received by the appropriate county election board not later than the close of the polls; or(2) the voter must submit the ballot for mailing or other authorized means of delivery not later than 11:59 p.m. at the place where the voter completes the ballot on the date immediately preceding the date of the election.Added by P.L. 1490 2012 No. 189, § 1, eff. 12/23/2012, op. 1/1/2013.
