Section 1905 - Errors in cancellation(a) Petition.-- If the registration of an elector has been canceled through error, the elector may petition the registration commission for reinstatement.(b) Time.-- The petition must be filed by the tenth day preceding an election.(c) Action.--(1) The commission shall hold a hearing on the petition.(2) If the commission finds that there was an error, the commission shall reinstate the registration and shall promptly update information contained in its registration records.2002, Jan. 31, P.L. 18, No. 3, § 1, eff. 3/17/2002.
