Section 1905 - Joint authority; quorum(a) Words in a statute conferring a joint authority upon three or more public officers or other persons shall be construed to confer authority upon a majority of such officers or persons.(b) A majority of any board or commission shall constitute a quorum.1972, Dec. 6, P.L. 1339, No. 290, § 3, imd. effective.
