Current through 2024 Regular Session legislation effective June 6, 2024
In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may impose a civil penalty, in the manner provided in ORS 183.745, not to exceed $10,000 for each violation of a provision of section 11, 12 or 13 of this 2024 Act, a rule adopted pursuant to section 11, 12 or 13 of this 2024 Act or an order issued by the commission under section 13 of this 2024 Act. Moneys collected under this section shall be deposited in the General Fund and be available for general governmental purposes.
