Section 475C.919 - Authority to adopt rules for ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules necessary for the implementation, administration and enforcement of ORS 475C. 770 to 475C. 919.(2) The authority may adopt rules as the authority considers necessary to protect the public health and safety.
