Section 279C.330 - "Findings" defined(1) As used in ORS 279C. 345 and 279C. 350, "findings" means the justification for a contracting agency conclusion that includes, but is not limited to, information regarding: (a) Operational, budget and financial data;(d) Specialized expertise required;(g) Technical complexity; and(2) As used in ORS 279C. 335, "findings" means the justification for a conclusion that a contracting agency or state agency, in seeking an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement of ORS 279C. 335 (1), reaches based on the considerations set forth in ORS 279C. 335 (2).Amended by 2013 Ch. 522, § 7, eff. 6/26/2013, op. 7/1/2014.
