Section 353.22 - Sale of poisonsA. It shall be unlawful for: 1. Any person to sell any poison without distinctly labeling the box, vessel or paper in which the poison is contained with the name of the poison, the word "poison", and the name and the place of business of the seller; or2. Any pharmacist, or other person, to sell any poison without causing an entry to be made in a book kept for that purpose before delivering the same to the purchaser, stating the date of the sale, the name and address of the purchaser, the name of the poison sold, the purpose for which it is represented by the purchaser to be required, and the name of the dispenser. Such book shall always be available for inspection by the proper authorities and shall be preserved for at least five (5) years.B. The provisions of this section shall not apply to the dispensing of poisons in not unusual quantities or doses upon the prescription of a prescriber.Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 353.22
