Section 3-32.6 - Turfgrass sod - IdentificationA. A seller of turfgrass sod shall be required to state on the sales contract, invoice, or bill of lading the following information:1. The variety and the named blend or mixture of turfgrass; and2. Each different lot of harvested turfgrass sod shall be identified by a sign stating the variety, kinds, or name blend or mixture as stated on the invoice or bill of lading from the shipper when offered or exposed for sale.B. All growers shall provide the legal description of all growing fields of sod to the State Department of Agriculture.Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 3-32.6
