Section 28 - Instruments to be printed or handwritten in English - Electronic filingA. No instrument affecting the title to real estate shall be filed for record or recorded unless plainly printed, typed, or handwritten or partly printed, partly typed, or partly handwritten, and the instrument is an original or a certified copy of an original instrument, clearly legible in the English language.B.
