Amended by 128th General Assembly, HB 363, §1, eff. 12/22/2009 and operative on the date on which the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency approves the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program submitted by the Director of Agriculture under section 903.08 of the Revised Code as amended by this act.
