Ohio Rev. Code § 5126.42

Section 5126.42 - Procedures for resolution of grievances

Each county board of developmental disabilities shall establish procedures for the resolution of grievances between the following:

(A) The board and providers;

(B) The board and an entity with which it has a shared funding agreement.
