Section 4713.081 - Posting copies of infection control standards(A) The state cosmetology and barber board shall furnish a copy of the infection control standards established by rules adopted under section 4713.08 of the Revised Code to both of the following: (1) Each individual or person to whom the board issues a practicing license, advanced license, license to operate a salon or school , or boutique services registration;(2) Each individual providing cosmetic therapy, massage therapy, or other professional service in a salon under section 4713.42 of the Revised Code.(B) A salon or school provided a copy of the infection control standards under division (A) of this section shall post the standards in a public and conspicuous place in the salon or school.Amended by 135th General Assembly,HB 158,§1, eff. 10/24/2024.Amended by 132nd General Assembly, HB 49,§101.01, eff. 1/21/2018.Amended by 131st General Assembly, SB 213,§1, eff. 9/13/2016.Effective Date: 04-07-2003 .
