Section 4141.22 - Divulging information(A) No person shall disclose any information that was maintained by the director of job and family services or the unemployment compensation review commission or that was furnished to the director or the commission by employers or employees pursuant to this chapter, unless such disclosure is permitted under section 4141.21 or 4141.211 of the Revised Code.(B) No person in the employ of the director, a county family services agency, a workforce development agency, or the commission, or who has been in the employ of the director, those agencies, or the commission, at any time, shall divulge any information maintained by or furnished to the director or the commission under this chapter and secured by the person while so employed, in respect to the transactions, property, business, or mechanical, chemical, or other industrial process of any person, firm, corporation, association, or partnership to any person other than the director or other employees of the department of job and family services or, a county family services agency, workforce development agency, or the commission, as required by the person's duties, or to other persons as authorized by the director under section 4141.43 of the Revised Code. Whoever violates this section shall be disqualified from holding any appointment or employment by the director, a county family services agency, a workforce development agency, or the commission.
