Section 3905.934 - Advertising requirements(A) A surety bail bond agent shall not make, publish, or otherwise disseminate, directly or indirectly, any misleading or false advertisement, or engage in any other deceptive trade practice.(B) All advertising by a surety bail bond agent shall include the address of record of the agent on file with the department of insurance.Effective Date: 10/9/2001 .
