Section 3707.73 - PurposeThe purpose of a fetal-infant mortality review board is to decrease the incidence of preventable infant and fetal deaths by doing all of the following:
(A) Assessing, planning, improving, and monitoring the service systems and broad community resources that support and promote the health and well-being of women, infants, and families;(B) Recommending and developing plans for implementing local service and program changes, as well as changes to the groups, professions, agencies, and entities that serve families, children, and pregnant women;(C) Providing the department of health with aggregate data, trends, and patterns regarding fetal and infant deaths.Added by 133rd General Assembly, HB 166,§101.01, eff. 10/17/2019.
