Section 54:39-125 - Tax remitted by electronic fund transfer

If required by the director, all suppliers and other persons required to pay tax pursuant to P.L. 2010, c. 22(C.54:39-101 et al.) shall remit tax by electronic fund transfer. The transfer shall be made on or before the date the tax is due.
