Section 52:17B:139.13 - Rules, regulations

The Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of sections 1 through 20 of P.L. 2019, c. 59(C.26:16-1 et seq.), including the required reporting of information to the division by health care professionals pursuant to section 13 of P.L. 2019, c. 59(C.26:16-13).
