The Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part shall have jurisdiction under sections 1 through 6 of P.L. 2001, c. 250(C.3B:12A-1 et seq.). Venue of a kinship legal guardianship action shall be determined in accordance with the applicable Rules of Court.
