Section 39:3-9c - Rules, regulations on use of drivers' addresses

Pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the director, in consultation with the Attorney General, may promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of P.L. 1997, c. 189.
